Boulder-based Zeal Optics needed a kick-ass way to showcase their brand at events and on the streets, and they came to us to help them with a solution. Harmonic Media is a huge fan of Zeal’s sunglasses and goggles, so we jumped at the chance to design custom truck wraps and trailer wraps for their mobile marketing initiatives.  

 

Like most brands, Zeal Optics had a specific set of brand standards our custom vehicle wrap designs had to meet. Our first challenge was getting their color scheme just right, so we started with a preliminary color match to ensure all designs were exactly in line with Zeal’s brand standards.

Next up was designing the wraps for the truck and the trailer. The truck body wrap was a cinch. We have templates for nearly every truck imaginable, so all we needed to worry about was a simple layout of graphics.

 

Their Airstream Trailer, on the other hand, was a whole different story! This custom-fabricated trailer is a Zeal staple, designed for cross-country travel and outdoor adventures, as well as the indoor merchandising areas at tradeshows and other events. Since the trailer is so highly customized, our designs had to be too.

 

Finally we printed all the vinyl graphics and applied them to Zeals’s truck and Airstream trailer. The combo was a main focus at the SIA tradeshow for snowsports and lifestyle companies and integrated nicely into their brand using some amazing real estate!
