San Diego Wave Kickoff Rally

Skylark brought us a killer concept for this rally at the iconic Spreckels Organ Pavilion, and we jumped straight into the 3-D rendering to figure out our execution. We collaborated closely with their team to digitally map out every detail and dimension before jumping into fabrication.
The standout challenge was creating two massive, six-foot-tall numbers. We foam sculpted the giant numbers and finished them with a specialized dry-erase paint so fans could write good luck messages directly on them. We also fabricated a gym locker and a gold-framed wall that acted as a photo backwall that was tough enough to handle thousands of excited fans.
Since we weren't handling the on-site setup for this one, our final milestone was all about logistics. We carefully crated and prepped these massive, custom pieces right in our shop to guarantee they would survive the journey. By facilitating, the shipping, we handed off a turn-key package to our client's team, making it as easy as possible for their activation to run smoothly.
