WE'RE HIRING: Install Manager

Harmonic Media is looking to add a Vinyl Graphics and Signage Installation Manager to our team. This is a full-time position that offers flexibility. • Installation of vinyl graphics and sign experience is required.

• Ability to use and be comfortable with all power tools.

• Excellent project management and organization skills: Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects and adhering to tight deadlines.

• A keen eye for detail and quality.

• Welcomes constructive criticism with an open mind, always seeking to improve work. Demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Must have a positive can-do attitude, with a genuine, reliable, and kind disposition.

• Must be organized and highly detail-oriented, double-checking work with unprompted follow-ups.

• This is a lead or manager-level position and must have lead or manager-level experience.

• Clean and valid driver’s license – no major moving violations within the last 5 years.

• Continuously required to sit, stand, walk, bend, comfortable with heights, stoop, push/pull, and reach above head.

• Frequently required to lift and carry 10 to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphics and signage installation management and scheduling including vehicle, wall murals, exhibits, build-outs, environmental displays, etc.

• Building/site survey, visit the site, and document & measure areas to help design and production accurately produce the job and ease install.

• QC of product pre-installation.

• Interface with clients on installation needs must be able to effectively communicate with clients and create and adhere to the install schedule.

• Creation of solutions to meet client needs/desires must be a fast problem solver.

• Understanding of production process from sales rep, design, print, fabrication to installation
