WE'RE HIRING: Account Executive

Harmonic Media is looking to add an Account Executive to our team. This is a full-time position that offers flexibility. We are looking for an individual who shares in these values and who also has the following qualifications and skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service

• Bachelor Degree in a related field is preferred, but not required

• A background in print production, graphics and/or marketing services is highly desirable

• Experience with Large Format Printing, Tradeshow Displays, Event Printing and Car Wraps

• A master of time-management with excellent presentation and communication skills

• Committed to acting with integrity while delivering exceptional customer service

• A team player who is equal parts enthusiastic, professional and dependable

• An innate ability to multitask a plethora of sales-related deliverables

• Strong time-management, verbal, written and presentation skills

A day in the life of an Account Executive at Harmonic is fast-paced, creative and fulfilling. You’ll act as the liaison between the customer and our production department. You will make recommendations, follow guidelines, and resolve any issues that may arise. Like a gatekeeper, everything will go through you to ensure orders are clear, correct and on course to meet deadlines and exceed customers’ expectations. At Harmonic, we work with custom, made-to-order goods, so every detail matters.

There’s no denying it, you will play a crucial role in our Harmonic family as you are focused on generating new business for the organization’s products/services. A self-proclaimed networking protege, you are comfortable starting the conversation, speaking with potential leads, closing sales and fostering positive, lasting relationships.
