WE'RE HIRING: Account Coordinator



Harmonic Media is looking to add an Account Coordinator/Project Estimator to our team. This is a full-time position that offers flexibility. Harmonic loves a good challenge, recognizes the value of hard work and understands the importance of having fun. We are quirky, clever and head over heels in love with what we do. We are looking for an individual who shares in these values and who also has the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing service role required

  • Experience in marketing services including digital marketing - BONUS if you’re knowledgeable with signage and printing

  • Experience conducting customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for service and evaluating customer satisfaction

  • A problem-solver who is always up for a good challenge

  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal

  • A fan of fast-paced environments as well as a lover of checklists and organization.

  • A concierge of exceptional customer service

  • Understanding of basic computer software (MS Office) and an innate ability to learn new software

  • Understanding of estimation and project management software (we use Shop Vox and Trello)

  • Envy-worthy vendor, client and project management skills

A day in the life of an Account Coordinator/Project Estimator at Harmonic is equal parts thrilling and fulfilling. After you grab a cup of coffee, you’ll be off to the races! As an official member of our team, you’ll have a knowledge of all the products and services we offer. Working with the account executive or salesperson, you will assist with the RFP process, supplying estimates and determining how to efficiently process the job from start to finish. But wait…there’s more!

You will also be responsible for working with Harmonic’s production and project manager, as well as the designers, to provide the best solutions for clients while ensuring an exceptional execution. Additionally, you will be a superstar at communicating any details or changes related to the job via email, over the phone and in person. (Insert virtual mic drop).
