Guiding Guests Through the Wild, One Sign at a Time
Pointing the Way to the Wild Things.
For this project, Denver Zoo partnered with Harmonic to create eight custom directional signage pieces designed to guide zoo-goers to animal exhibits, food, restrooms, and key destinations throughout the grounds. The goal was clear: signage that was intuitive, engaging, and seamlessly aligned with the Zoo’s brand and guest experience.
Our team worked closely with the Zoo’s stakeholders to pitch multiple signage directions for the project. We took into account creativity, material options, and environmental context as we pitched potential directions. We refined the final concept to ensure the direction stayed true to the Zoo’s brand while remaining functional for visitors.
Once approved, Harmonic handled the full fabrication and installation scope. The signage was installed across designated locations throughout the Zoo, delivering a cohesive, on-brand wayfinding system that enhances the overall guest experience. No safari guide required with this signage project.
